If you're still cooking it, add some chopped up potatoes - they will absorb some of the chilli while it cooks and dilute the taste a bit.
Natural yogurt and lots of rice are the other things that may help.
Cream or natural/greek yoghurt..
Add Coconut cream or yogurt. adding some potatoes will also help
you can add potatoes but you need to leave for 6-12 hours another way is yogurt or cream,
Apart from the above suggestions...you can also cool it down by
(1) adding a paste of coconut/coconut milk or
(2) Add paste made of cashewnuts or
(3) Add tomato puree
Adding mashed potatoes is one quick n easy way,though it may alter the taste a little.
Natural yogurt' best.
Double cream.
Coconut milk........shake the can well - pour in ONLY HALF of the contents.
If it's still too hot add "raita" to your plate.

i suggest if its to spicy in which i love it that way i suggest you start from square 1 again.
