What can i have to eat?!
Answers: I find that since becoming pregnant i cant eat as much during the day but tend to get hungry round about now, i dont want to eat crisps and biscuits just for the sake of it so any ideas??
when i was pregnant i went off so many foodstuffs but the one thing i would always eatd when i coulnt face anything else was cheerios and milk!!!
cereal, toast
yogurt
milk & cereal
cheese toast
fresh fruit (not just juice)
crackers & cheese
PNB on bread, crackers, or an apple
popcorn
pretzels
toast.....hardboiled egg....salad, fruit....
...pickles and ice cream....
cereal
eat what you feel like eating

Fruit!! That is what I want right now.
try to eat healthy items something like a fruit salad or carrot sticks.
why don't u give in and have some pizza or pasta but if you don't wanna go that route i'd go with some lovely grilled veggies such as grilled eggplants, zucchini, asparagus, tomatos, mushrooms, red and yellow peppers and so on and so forth oh oh and vanilla yogurt with cut up pinapple and strawberries are always a nice treat!

Any fish meals will be good for your baby
but just have some chocolate cake, who'll know?
you need to ensure you eat healthily, have a starchy meal before you go to sleep and some type of dairy, eg a yoghurt or milk and bread or cous cous can all be mild- spicier and flavored stuff may keep you awake or make your sleep broken.
Having a glass of full fat milk with a little honey can be a good late night snack.
Eat a salad and some fruit and other veggies. If thats not enough the stir fry some tofu w/ mushrooms and carrots
