Anchovy, garlic, parsley and cream. Recipe for a sauce please?!

Question: I used to have a great recipe for a sauce to go over steak, that included boiling cream with a lot of garlic, a tin of anchovies and parsley - but I lost it. It tasted divine. Does anyone know the recipe?

Personally I would heat the anchovy oil in a pan and put the garlic in to soften but not colour, then add the anchovies and swirl them around until they come apart, add the cream and then let it reduce and thicken and take on the colour of the anchovies an the taste of them and the garlic, when thick it is ready, then at the last possible moment add the parsley then put it onto your steak. Will try this it sounds great

I don't but how bad was your breathe after you ate this blah
