1 c. dry noodles
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
2 handfuls potato chips
1 can water chestnuts
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Boil quart or so of water in a large saucepan, then add the noodles. Cover and lower the heat for about 8 minutes, or until the noodles are done. You can tell by fishing one out with a fork and tossing it against the refrigerator. If it sticks, you're ready.
2. Draining noodles might be a job for your assistant. A colander is what you need. Put it in the sink and pour the noodles and water through it. Then put the noodles in a 1-quart baking dish.
3. Open the can of tuna and drain off the water.
4. Scoop the tuna out of the can and into the baking dish.
5. Add the soup and milk, then mix up.
6. Open the water chestnuts, drain them, chop them up, and mix them in, too.
7. Sprinkle the potato chops on top.
8. Bake in a 350 degree oven until hot throughout (about 30 minutes).
9. Have your assistant use oven mitts to remove from the oven.
10. Serve and eat!
Live. Fresh out the water. LOL
