Personally, I'd go with something quick or easy, yet very satisfying. Perhaps chips 'n' dip and maybe a soda (until you're full) or cheese on crackers with milk. Or make a sandwich, compliment with chips or a snack and have water or whatever you have to drink that may be more filling.
Cut a whole in a piece of bread, pop onto a skillet when it is warm, cook on medium, with an egg in the middle of it. Birds nest in 3-4 mintes!
