    Water.

Make yourself a samich. Thats right, a samich. There is no "and" in "sand".

Cheese on toast. With coffee. That should enable you to stay up a few hours longer hammering banal answers in here with the rest of us.

    anything that you would prefer

What do you have in your refrigerator and pantry?

dunno but since your getting up making some for me too will ya?

eat some dry cereal.the milk might upst your stomach while ur sleep and....you know.lol
or you can make a good old sandwich!

try grilled cheese with slice of tomato inside also

Personally, I'd go with something quick or easy, yet very satisfying. Perhaps chips 'n' dip and maybe a soda (until you're full) or cheese on crackers with milk. Or make a sandwich, compliment with chips or a snack and have water or whatever you have to drink that may be more filling.

Cut a whole in a piece of bread, pop onto a skillet when it is warm, cook on medium, with an egg in the middle of it. Birds nest in 3-4 mintes!

I've just made vegetable soup with toast
