ABSOLUTELY!!!

Meatloaf freezes really well!

Just cool completely, wrap in cling, and then foil and you're good to go!

Just halve the quantities so you have the right amount for 4 people.

Of course you can, or make yummy meat loaf sandwiches for lunch the next day!

absolutely but make sure they are wrapped well !!

Depending on the appetites of the 4 people in your family, you may find that the yield of 8 doesn't go as far as the recipe stated. I often find that portion sizes listed in recipes seem to be on the smallish side.

If the dish turns out to be tasty, it's likely that the leftovers would disappear by the next day (family members could reheat leftover meatloaf to make meat loaf subs the next day, etc.)

Otherwise, you probably could freeze what's left. Or feed it to the pets.

Cut the recipe in half, ive done that before or doubled it for how many im feeding. But freezing before you cook is a good idea after not so much.

I think once you make a "mini" meat loaf... you will find that there are no left overs.

I live in a house with meat loaf lovers...... :)

of course

Anything you cook can be frozen for later eating. It is only when you recook something you should not freeze it again, or refreeze goods that have been defrosted.

Yes you can! Meatloaf freezes wonderful. I like to put the meatloaf into greased muffin cups - freeze for about 2 hours, then remove - pop them into a freezer bag - and take out how many you need when you decide to cook them. Doesnt take long either - bake at 350 for 35 mins.

They freeze well in airtight bags. I freeze them with gravy to stay moist.

Yes. Just wrap it properly. It will probably taste better than the first portion that you cooked.

Yes you can, I do it all of the time.

The answer is yes you can freeze it ,,,but make sure it is well wrapped before placing in the freezer ,,,and use it up within a month.

Halve and freeze the rest. Perfectly safe. I think I got the same recipe this morning!
