Anyone know i good Pina Colada recipe?!


Question: To make several .....In a blender, one can of Coco Loco saving the can to measure with (this is sweetened cream of coconut) Add just a little of the pineapple juice and blend.

One lg pineapple juice use good quality like dole pour in large pitcher, adding the coco loco mixture.

The add one or two if you dare, coco loco cans of Dark Rum and one coco loco can full of orange juice.

My husband likes his frozen, I like on rocks...

Fill blender 3/4 full of ice. Pour this over ice and blend. You may need to add more ice if you want it really frozen.

Some times I make up the pitcher of the juices, and don't add the rum till later, or reserve some for small children. It is a great breakfast drink instead of the usual O.J.

1 oz coconut cream
2 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz white rum

Frappe and pour into a cocktail glass.

Annienyc nailed it. That's the ingredients I use, but let me add one other thing. For coconut cream, I use coconut extract. More specifically, Coco Lopez extract. It's the best brand for extract, and gives your colada a characteristic taste. Coco Lopez is available at liquor stores.

Pina Colada
Famous Restaurant Drink Recipe
Preparation time: 2 minutes. Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces light rum
3 ounces pineapple juice
3 ounces coconut cream
Pineapple wedge
Maraschino cherry
Ice, crushed

Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into your blender with ice and blend well
Pour into a Hurricane glass or specialty glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry

Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple packed in juice
8 coconut milk ice cubes or 3/4 C. cold coconut milk
3/4 C. vanilla yogurt

Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree to the desired consistency.

Serve cold.
