baked fries with Chili powder.....just cut the potatoes into wedges and set aside. Mix your chili powder, and whatever spices you like (i like a little black pepper, salt, and garlic powder) in a large zip top bag. Put the potatoes in the bag and toss them about to coat them thoroughly. arrange in one layer on a cookie sheet and cook in a preheated 425 oven until the wedges are soft and, depending on preference, start to brown. usually takes around 15-20 minutes.

Steamed broccoli or cauliflower is also good with chili powder, or you could always just make meat free chili.

you can use chilli powder in anything you want

Chilli minus the meat

There are other spcies you can use besides chilli powder-put tobasco on everything

...chili without meat?

You can put chili powder in pretty much anything or on pretty much anything. I use it in anything from eggs to mac and cheese and I use it on popcorn and rice cakes.

Well.... soups, stews, chili, I'll bet there is a pretty good veggie one out there somewhere.

Try adding Tabasco, and some chili peppers.

Chili made with vegetarian beans, green chili peppers, chopped, onion, jalapenos chopped, diced tomatoes, tomatoe sauce.
Tostados. a little oil in pan, chopped onion cook til translucent, add cumin, chili powder, garlic powder (or fresh), 1 can pinto beans, bring to boil, mash, add a little lime juice. serve on tostado shells (flat crisp corn tortillias) serve with salsa, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, and cheese.
