Calorie Question - I have olive oil and uncooked white flower tortillas from Costco...if I cook the tortillas?!

Question: in the oil how does the calorie count work?
Do you just combine the calories for how much oil you use per tortilla to figure it out?

I will post this in Diets too, but just wondered if any cooks out there know how this works?

I didn't know if the calories increased or not...I would think not but you never know.

The tortillas will soak up some of the oil when they are cooked in them. So if the olive oil has any calories they'll be added to the tortillas when cooked.

If you are making tortilla chips i would suggest using a different oil.
