How can you reheat Left over Top Round?!

Question: and still keep it ..texture ....can it be done?

Answers: and still keep it ..texture ....can it be done?

Wrap with a couple lettuce leaves tightly in foil and place in a PREHEATED 350F oven for about 10 minutes.....that way it won't dry out, it will be steamed in the foil by the moisture from the lettuce.....Enjoy......BTW, some gravy would be a good idea to hide any dryness if that does occur......T

If you slice off what you want, do not try to re-heat the whole thing at once. It will then just re-cook. Heat individual servings so you don't over cook them but, do just what you want re-heat it.

Make sense?

I'd reheat it in a gravy or sauce. Slice it first, then heat it slowly in whatever ... beef broth would even be good. That'll keep it from drying out or overcooking. Heat it slowly (on the stovetop in a pan, rather than microwaving) till it's just hot enough. Let it sit, covered, in the pan to keep it hot all the way through.

I do this a lot, because I always have leftovers!

cut up and put in a stirfry, but and last as to not overcook

Add a little water to it and then re-heat it in the microwave.
