:)

Ingredients
One 16-ounce package small shell pasta -- cooked, rinsed, and drained
8 ounces Wishbone Italian dressing
1/2 bottle McCormick Salad Supreme
2 medium cucumbers, shopped
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 small (1 large) red onion, chopped
2 medium green peppers, chopped
1/2 small can ripe olives
Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight

OR

8 oz. pasta of choice (I used gnocci...it's like a curly edged shell)
2 cups broccoli florets
1/2-1 whole tomato diced
1/2 package Seasoning Blend (frozen food section) OR
1/4 cup onion (diced)
1/4 cup green and red bell peppers (diced)
1/4 cup celery (diced)
black pepper to taste
1/2 -1 cup of fat free Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Kraft Pizza Cheese

Boil pasta al dente (still firm, but not hard). Drain and run under cold water until pasta is no longer warm. Set aside. While pasta is boiling, steam broccoli to desired doneness. Chop tomato and other veggies if necessary. Toss altogether and chill well. Serve cold.

u need:
spaghetti
lil bit of oil
crushed garlic
fat free italian salad dressing
a red onion
a large tomato
half bunch of shallotts
small amount of fresh herbs (if u like)

1:cook spaghetti with a little bit of oil added to the water, drain, set aside to cool.
2.finely chop red onion & shallotts & dice tomato
3. Add desired amount of crushed garlic onto (now cool) spaghetti & mix in tomato, shallots & onion.
4. Pour desired amount of salad dressing over the top & toss!
Voila!

Best served cold!

something easy for plain un sauced pasta is just to add some Italian dressing, salt, pepper and maybe some minced garlic and let it stand for 10 or more mins then add some tomato quarters.......maybe basil if you like......You can do the same with french dressing too.

when pasta has cooled mix with mayo or any type of creamy salad dressing and some chopped celery and raw carrot and some prawns, crab or any other cold (cooked) seafood, add a little seeded mustard if you want and salt and pepper - you can also substitute the seafood for cold chicken

I made Pasta Salad today. It consisted of Penne, red onion, red bell pepper, kalamata olives, fresh basil and parsley, olive oil and feta cheese. S&P to taste

I like cold pasta too. My favorite is Pasta-Roni Garlic and Oil that comes in a box. I eat half for supper and put the rest in the fridge to eat cold for lunch the next day. I keep several boxes in the kitchen so I will have it on hand at all times. :o)
