How can i dissolve grinded oat in a liquid to drink (hot water (it doesnt work....)??!

Question: Jes is right. Oats will never dissolve no matter how fine you make them. That being said, if you need to drink oats, make them into a smoothie if that'll work in your diet. Grind the oats as finely as you can and combine in a blender w/banana (or a fruit of your choice) and a liquid of your choice such as milk or orange juice. In smoothie form it may be more palatable than just drinking thick oat juice.

Hope this suggestion helps ;-)

The physical structure of oats do not allow them to dissolve. You can make a paste or gruel like mixture with them, and the more finely ground they are the thinner you will be able to make the mixture, but they will never dissolve.

Here's a recipe for a Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Oatmeal:

* 1 cup milk or soy milk
* 1/2 cup rolled oats
* 1 banana, broken into chunks
* 14 frozen strawberries
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries. Add vanilla and sugar if desired. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
