Is eating freshly cut fruits or drinking fresh fruit juices better for the body?!


Question: Some say juices and some say fruits. I want to know which is the best.

Fresh fruit are usually better than juice because it contains fibre which your digestive system needs. Some fruits also have special health benefits besides anti-oxidants. For instance bananas, pomegranates, cranberry.

Yes eating every thing fresh, which only concerns vegetables and fruits are good for you in every way. They have more antixoidants, more viatmins, and more minerals to keep you healthy.

I like the juices my- self Sharon I'll squeeze some oranges for you BABY in ya know (when I COME TO Mad$^s) hopefully soon... with a little wink ;) smile:) kissy :0)>?

The closer to the vine, the better they are for you... Juices concentrate the sugars and carbs.

It is best for your health and body to eat fruit rather than drink fruit juice. Eating the actual fruit gives you fibre which the fruit juices do not.

With the fruit you get all the fiber and with the juice alone you do not.

Indeed is better for you to eat the fruits, as it gives you much needed fiber. On the other hand, drinking freshly squeezed juice allows you to "drink" more fruits and vegetables, minus the fibre. Just think how many carrots can you eat raw and how many can you "drink" in a carrot juice.

Both ok but try Organic Fruits or Juice.Home made juice is better. No preservative / No added color / No favor.

Most of the Farm use various fertilizer made out of chemical. but Organic it's natrual way of having growth.

Anything fresh is better for your body. If you can it them as juice its OK you can mix different fruits and veggies

TAking fresh fruits are better than the juices.whatever available good in fruit will be taken in if you take afresh as fruit,in juices some molecules will be destroyed.

Whole fruit = Fiber and juice

Juice = Only juice

So you can see that if you eat the whole fruit, you also get the Fiber. So you could say that eating the entire piece of banana or an apple will fill you up more and also help your digestion.

But if you only need the vitamins and don't want to fill up on fiber, just drink the juice!

You are going to get the BEST benefit from the whole natural FRUIT, providing there is not a ton of pesticides on it. The benefit comes from the chewing and processing of the vitamins and minerals in your body - juices tend to be processed a bit too quickly to be able to receive ALL the benefits.

I would say eating the fruit.

That's what I hear too. I can't say I know which are the best. There all great for the body in some way. I would say Apples, Bananas, Grapes, and Orange work the best. I like Cranberry, Grape, and Orange juices. ERROOF!

I will say eating fruits, often the juices will have preservatives in them.

the pulp from fruits and vegtables is very good for your digestive system.be sure to chew them to a pulp so that you get more from them as with any food.your body will bypass alot of it if you dont.

yes i think it is very heathy to eat freshly cut fruits and drink fresh fruit juices.

Eating a fruit, because you are getting the vitamins & nutrients from the skins & fruit itself, whereas, if you are drinking the juice.. well thats all your consuming is the juice (:
