Well roasted or crock pot tender with extra water to make 'meat juice'.

Put 'juice' in refrigerator until fat on top; discard fat.

Combine cooked egg noodles, small cut pieces of meat & meat juice. Heat. Serve homemade beef noodle soup with your choice of seasoning.

Freeze excess in smaller containers for another day(s).

Grind it up in a meat grinder and make hash.

Put the roast in a crock pot add some mexican seasonings, chopped onion, bellpepper, after the roast is done, shred the roast, roll in tortillias and fry them, serve with salsa and sour cream. These are great.

If you have a slow cooker and some time, this is great for sandwiches:

Italian Beef:
3 or 4 pound roast
3 bay leaves
1 T. oregano
5 T. lemon juice
? tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
? tsp fennel seeds

Put all ingredients in a crock-pot; cook slow (low) for 8-10 hours. Remove Meat; cool. Remove fat and bone (I actually buy boneless to begin with.) Shred the meat with a fork and return it to the pot. Cook slow for 1 hour in juices.
(I've left this on for as long as 20 hours, it's fantastic the longer it cooks. If you like more "juice" on the bread, you can always add beef buillon.)

BONELESS CHUCK ROAST

4 lbs. chuck roast
1 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
Onions
Carrots
Potatoes
1 bouillon cubes

Place in covered saucepan, bring to a boil. Simmer for 4 hours. This can also be done in the oven. First brown beef, place in roasting pan, arrange vegetables, cover tightly and cook at 350 degrees for 4 hours.

Cut x in roast and insert garlic cloves. Brown roast, put Lipton onion dry soup(with a cup of water) and bell pepper on top of roast. Bake on 350 for a couple of hours. It's delicious.
