Looking for Spanish recipes for chicken thankyou?!

Question: This was in the most recent Kraft Cooking magazine...

Make a foil pouch and layer the following:

Thinly sliced potatoes
thinly sliced onions
1 boneless/skinless chicken breast (1/2 if it's really big)
shredded mexican style cheese
1 spoonful of salsa

Seal the foil packet, leaving room for air to circulate and not smashing the food.

Bake for 25-35 minutes or until chicken and potatoes are cooked through.

Serve with sour cream.

We tried it for dinner last week. It was delicious.
