Roast leg of lamb, with a rosemary and redcurrant glaze, touch of garlic, OR Roast fillet leg of pork,?!

Question: Crispy crackling, served with sage, apple, sausage meat and onion stuffing, apple sauce. There's the usual mounds of crispy golden roasties, baby new potatoes, roasty parsnips cabbge, carrots, fine whole green beans, garden peas and creamy mash, and gravy.
For Pud
Deep dish apple and raspberry pie
Black cherry cheesecake
Fresh cream rum and chocolate gateau
Peach melba
Or fruit kebabs with three types of chocolate dip?

Cheese and biscuits, coffee and handmade chocs, port, liquers, cognac to finish

These are all my dad's favorites, what main course and what two puds shall I make, and does anybody else want to come to the birthday dinner party tomorrow night?
