Where can I find a free weekly meal planner with food ideas (online)?!

Question: I was searching online to find a meal planner because I'm trying to get some organization in my life! I have a 2 year old, and I'm 4 1/2 months pregnant and when my husband gets home from work I don't have dinner ready because I just look in the fridge and have no idea what I want to make. I would like simple recipes (breakfast, lunch, and dinner would be awesome!) as I'm not the best cook, lol. Just wanted to see if anyone has a meal schedule with recipes included. Thanks!

Hi, t is best to make your ow plan a week ahead. Here is a simple way. First jot down all the recipes hat you can already cook well enough... say mac and chese, spaghetti, poached egg etc. Then in an excel wk sheet take up rows with days, and columns with your meal names including snacks. Now fit in your existing recipes, repeat them once. Add on new recipes you like from recipe books and net. Each meal should have a protien, a carb and two portions of veg. Go for more grains like rice, pasta and noodles as they are easier to cook and very filling. Don't go for meal plan with 100% new recipes (they ar actually mor exhausting) Stock up according to your meal plan. Good housekeeping website is good in this.

I'm not sure. Try:
