LOL oh man, you are really funny with the pic and all.......use butter or oil, make sure the pan is hot, you are using the right pan for sure, pour some batter in the pan, wait until you see bubbles on the top, then flip. Sometimes, the first one never comes out right anyway. Use a spatula for flipping. Good Luck....
dont try moving it too soon. you have to cook it for a minute or two on one side and then in one big swoop and catch flip it and let it finish cooking through on the other side!!!
Did you add oil to the pan and have it nice and hot before pouring in the batter? Also, try a non stick pan next time and see if that helps.
your not suppose to smear all over the pan. just drop a laddle ful. not to mention was there even any heat under the pan. and i doesnt look like there was any butter or oil in the pan.
ok before you go even further
1 heat pan
2 add pat of butter. (you can smear this all over pan)
3 add 1 laddle (3 oz size is sufficiant)
4 please wait for bubbles and some dullness around the edges takes about a min.
5 then flip wait for about the same time from the first flip
6 if you look on the edge and can clearly see no sheen then remove and start at number 1.
yep you messed up.
you need to take a ladel, dip it in the batter, and pour it on the skillit. It will form it's own shape. Looks like you put a dab of batter then spread it around to try and make a circle....can't do that.
yikes! lol good luck on your next! I'm not really sure what happened....................
well you need some serious help! lol..jk!
just check the underneath and make sure its cooked and thenn attempt to flip it!
Turn the stove on a medium high. Pour the batter till you reach the desire size. when the cake starts to bubble around the edges, its time to flip it. You may have flipped too soon or possibly your skillet isnt hot enough. Pancakes are kinda tough to make sometimes.
Next time, make sure your pan is nice and hot before you put the batter on it. You test this by putting a pat of butter in the pan, and if it starts to sizzle immediately, then it is hot enough. Also, you may want to make smaller pancakes, as these are easier to flip. Make sure you wait until you see bubbles forming in the dough before you try to flip them, or they will make a mess.
