Anyone have a Flavor Wave Oven? The Original?!

Question: I aquired a flavor wave oven when my grandma passed away and I 've heard good things about it. But I have no owners manual or instructions or recipies of any kind. If anyone knows of any links where I can download this information I would be greatful! Or if you have any good recipe ideas. Thanks in advance!

I have a flavor wave oven and I just pretty much cook everything the way I do in a regular oven, just for less time. For example, I baked two 3.5 pound cornish hens for 30 minutes on each side. They were delicious and didn't overheat the kitchen, like a regular oven would do. Just prepare the dish the way you normally would and put it in the oven. I start with either 15 or 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Then check to see if it needs further cooking. If it's meat I cook it on one side for 15 minutes then flip it. You can go to their website: www.thane.com and get an address or email to contact them for the recipe book. Also, you can check online for cookbooks for convection ovens. Hope this helps.
