definitely! it's wonderful stuff.

I love to use it when I am cooking a brisket in the oven. Add a wonderful flavor.

depends sometimes i do.

It depends on what kind of meat, or what cut of meat you have. For the thickers meats, I would say that'd be a good idea. For the thinner cuts, just marinade with seasonings and what-not you have around the house.

I like to use it with marinade. Use it carefully, it's very strong.
I miss grilling, it's been to cold in Minnesota, -12 tonight!

I am a former chef and have used it and made it from a liquid build up in my smokers water pan, I use it in marinates, sauces and as a baste for meats in the smoker.

Just be careful it is powerful stuff, a tablespoon of it to a gallon of sauce is enough, and less when in marinates, even if you make you own sausages add a bit to the mix, then they taste smoked with out the smoker. I also buy a salt for popcorn at a bulk store witha bacon and hickory flavour and use it in the same manner.

yes good stuff
