ive done that too. brought a big bottle of chilli sauce from a chinese supermarket but didnt know what an earth to do with it.
For stir-frys, i use beansprouts, carrots, peppers, water chesnuts, shredded cabbage(sweet) and mushrooms. Add the chilli sauce at the end though as it can make the stir-fry quite watery. I also use chilli sauce as a dip when eating pizza, samosa's etc.
Try adding the sweet chilli sauce into your cooking as an ingredient so for example, add a splash into home-made curries.

You can use most veg, shredded cabbage, onion, julienne carrots, mange tout, broccoli, peas, water chestnuts etc..

with sweet chillie better with chicken and vegetable. well my fave. hehe

Carrots; tricky in a stirfry, but if you add a little water to the pan, it steams them really nicely.

Beansprouts also, which you can't go far wrong with.

Red and Yellow Peppers, Onion, Bean Sprouts, Shredded Cabbage, Carrot, maybe some sweetcorn?

like Chinese sweet and sour pork , put any veges and pineapple and pork are nice!

i would boil some rice, then into a wok or pan i would put, onions, peppers sliced thinly, mushrooms sliced, bamboo shoots, sweetcorn, brocolli, sliced carrots if you like, and so on.....add the sauce and serve on a bed of rice..yuuuuum.

chicken or pork
extra veg
try cucumber diced about ?" put in at last stage to keep `the crunch`
diced onion (small) at last stage
thinly sliced celery at last stage
thinly sliced sweet potatoes again at last stage.with maybe some mashed sweet potatoes as a side dish
hope this helps

chicken, grated carrot, mangetout, pack choi, anything really!

prawns - medium sized - shelled and deveined with onion, thinly sliced and carrots, bell pepper and sliced baby corn.
Chicken is also good.
Dont forget to use sliced garlic. It adds to the flavour.
You can also use the sauce as a dip sauce with savouries like spring rolls, indian bhajias , french fries and batter fried fish.

king/tiger prawns with spring onions, thin strips of carrot, water chestnuts (from a tin) and maybe some red or yellow peppers.

sweet pork and chilli stir fry

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10-15minutes

1 tbsp vegetable oil
450g (1lb) lean stir fry pork strips
1 red pepper, cored and deseeded
1 bunch spring onions, trimmed and sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
2.5cm (1in) piece root ginger, grated
1 (85g) bag watercress
2 tbsp sweet chilli dipping sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
To serve: noodles or rice

Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan or wok, add the pork and stir fry over a high heat for 6-8 minutes, until browned.

Add the peppers, onions, garlic and ginger and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until tender. Add the watercress, chilli and fish sauces and stir fry for 1-2 minutes until the leaves have wilted. Serve straight away with noodles or rice.

Cook's tip:

If you prefer you could use sliced turkey steaks or chicken breast fillet in place of the pork.

buy a bag of frozen stir fry and add stuff you have on hand
