Goodl uck!

you need to use an ice cream maker

We have an electric ice-cream maker that is really good. It came with a recipe book that had a lot of recipes. You would need some kind of ice-cream maker to aerate the mixture. The basic ingredients are milk, cream, sugar and eggs. There are some eggless recipes that you don't need to cook at all.

I usually would try to explain it my way but I found this website with step by step instructions, photos and a lots of ice cream recipes.

An easy way to do it is to get a small and large freezer bag. In the small bag add:
1 tablespoon sugar
? cup milk, cream, or half and half
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or other flavoring)

Seal it up TIGHT and in the large bag add:
6 tablespoons salt
Enough ice to fill the gallon-sized bag halfway

Put the small bag inside the large one and seal it shut as well. Use a towel to hold the bad and shake vigorously for 5 minutes.

Take the small bag out and enjoy your icecream!!! Easy and FAST

1 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 oz. (1 sq.) unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

1 (13 oz.) coffee can with tight fitting lid
20 c. small ice cubes
1 (39 oz.) coffee can with tight fitting lid
1 1/2 c. rock salt or
26 oz. box table salt

In medium saucepan combine sugar, milk, eggs and chocolate. Cook over medium heat about 20 minutes or until mixture coats a metal spoon, stirring constantly with wire whisk. Cool.
When ready to freeze, beat mixture until smooth. Add whipping cream and vanilla; blend well. Pour mixture into small can; cover. Place 2 cups ice cubes in bottom of large can. Fill space between cans alternately with ice and salt. Cover tightly.

Gently roll can back and forth on ground or floor for 10 minutes. Scrape down sides and stir ice cream in small can. Repack with ice and salt; cover tightly. Repeat rolling and scraping sides. Allow stand 15 minutes or cover and refrigerate for 2 days. Yield: 9 (1/3 cup) servings.

if you use an electric one , i suggest you don't follow their recipe completely , it's way to sweet , hurts your teeth it's so dmn sweet . i use light whipping instead of heavy , i cut the sugar in 1/2 , and 1 extra egg , it comes out lighter creamier + does not make even the children complain about the sweetness
