Cook them in beef or chicken or ham broth. Strain off the gravy and thicken with cornstarch. When guests arrive, put the gravy back over the vegetable and cover with a topping of shredded cheeses...into the oven until cheeses are melted. Stick the blade of a knife in the center of the casserole and delicately put the tip of that knife to your finger or tongue...if it's hot, you've got the dish ready!

Cook and top with melted Velveeta...you can place the veggies in a casserole dish with the diced Velveeta and bake in the oven...defrost the veg's first.

EDIT:These are frozen vegetables...not much will make them taste good...coat 'em in cheese. lol

Mix with rice and two cans of Cream of Mushroom soup, or cream of chicken soup..top with Cheddar cheese.
Cook 1 1/2 cups of rice mix with vegetables and soup..pour in baking dish and top with grated cheddar cheese..cook on 350 till cheese starts to turn brown or is bubbly all over

Steam them and refridge until needed. Stir fry them in olive oil at the last minute with 1/2 chopped onion and dash of garlic powder and splash of lemon juice, and or teriyaki or soy sauce.

Just heat them up, then drizzle with a bit of oil olive and toss with some salt and mixed herbs, or crazy salt.

open one of each or two of the same can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz can .add milk and cook as directed.when soup is hot pour over vegetables add some shredded cheese
[as much as you like} smooth over veggies salt pepper to taste .pour cheese add durkee fried onions bake till fork tender

I would put them in a bowl of boiling water and microwave on high for 8-10 minutes, then drain and sprinkle with grated cheese and put under grill for 3-4 minutes, It goes well as a side dish.
