I do this all the time. 350 should be good and you just have to keep checking them. Turn them over at least once and I try to soak up some of the grease with paper towels when I turn them.

yes you can, in the broiler and a couple of minutes on each side. You will need to watch though

*** yes in the broiler, you should have a special pan with slots in it which sits in side of another pan, the temperature you need is broil or 500 degrees and you must keep the door cracked unless you have a broiler compartment separate from the oven,.
If you cook them this way they're much healthier for you and they're very delicious

Why not just saute in a pan? Use olive or vegetable oil, medium heat. Keep turning until done. Very juicy.

Yes u can cook hamburgers in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes and turn them over once before the time is done... make sure u put them on a broiler pan or line the cookie sheet with foil to catch the grease that spills...

I have a convection oven I broil them....oven have a broiler on top or bottom? If baking I use 425 degrees until they are done....

best to use a broiler pan to catch the drippings.. otherwise it will swim in its own fat just as if you fried it on stove top..
baking is slower and heat up from the bottom, and they dont get a crispy outside.. broiling is fast and heat from the top and it tends to crisp the outside more (not unlike BBQing the burgers)..
Id broil just on the normal high broil temperature
or bake on 350F... Id also allow 20min on bake, turn and allow 10-15 more on the other side..
broiling, you might only need 15min to start, flip and watch another 10min on the underside.. but check for doneness depending on if you like a pink inside or fully welldone burger..
