I made my own bread for many years, using fresh yeast at all times, and allowing the mixture to fully rise, then knocking it back to rise again, a Master baker advised me of this, and the results were always pleasing and consistent.

they use real ingredients.their own recipes.they are also trained.i mean you wouldnt start a dancing school if you didnt know how to dance.right? yes...they use nothing fake like brand name sugars.and crappy ingredients they dont settle for that.they settle for good stuffs.im close to the bakery woman that i go to get gingerbread from 3 tmes a week.if you contact me then i can ask her for a recipe maybe.shell give it to me.i am a really great baker and cook

home made bread is made with real quality ingredients and it takes time to create. It is not forced to rise faster and it has a lot less additives and preservatives than store bought bread
