Salmon poached in Belgian beer? Have you ever tried it, I think it would be tasty.?!
Answers: I would think the beer would overpower the Salmon. Belgian beers are generally heavy, stronger flavored beers. I would rather broil the Salmon and drink the beer.
It really does not sound as if it would work. Salmon is a reasonably oily fish, so---------think beer with the taste of fish oil to some degree. Bad idea.
