What should I put on my burger to make it taste extra special?!

Question: I was thinking green olives, scallions, and cheddar maybe? But this combo still seems sorta ordinary..what would you put on yours?

This is THE ONE

Olive-Mushroom Filling:
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup diced red bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped pitted ripe olives
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

blue cheese and avocados

yummy

try pickled green tomatoes and red onions wow its great and colorful and instead of cheddar do swiss or provalone

Strange, really- but chips make the biggest difference. Especially when you experiment with different flavored chips. It just gives it that extra CRUCH

Some kind of spicy seasonings and melted cheese.

butter, salt, pepper and onions...and maybe a slice of tomato, and mushrooms, and cheese, and anything you can think of...(;p)

Pico di gallo sauce, Pepper jack chesse with a slice of avocado

some crispy bacon and some caramelized onions sound good

I like yours. I put cheese, onion, lettuce, and tomato on mine. Typical but I first put Adoboe in and on it before I cook it. Makes it extra juicy and tasty! Enjoy!

Brown Mustard, and Grilled onions...

steaksause is amazing

steak sauce, tabasco, provolone, red onions and horseradish mayo, with dijon mustard

Fried Battered Onion Rings and Louisiana HotSauce...perfect "all together burger".

-I would add mushrooms sauteed in soy-sauce and a mild cheese like provolone.I've also been known to lightly saute alfalfa sprouts along with the mushrooms ,onions or whatever else in the soy-sauce. A tamari sauce is similar to soy-sauce and can be used too. Of course my burgers don't need other things to give it flavor because i mix some DRY onion soup in the raw beef. Since this can cause the burger to dry out as it cooks , I add soy sauce and water near the end of the cooking time so the burger is juicy!
add no more than an eighth of a cup of water and 2 tablespoons of whatever sauce used.

It is not really an "on" the burger suggestion, but I make my burgers by mixing the ground beef with a package of Lipton Onion Soup mix or a packet of taco seasoning mix. Mix well, make the patties and cook! The onion ones are great with some mushrooms sauteed in a bit of butter and someswiss cheese. The taco ones are great with jalapenos and sharp cheddar!

depends on if you want it with a kick or not, if you dont mind a little spice try something different like pepperjack cheese, if I were you I would go to your grocery store and just randomly pick out a cheese each time you cook burgers to try new ones thats what I do I love cheese, if you want just a burger with some good flavor go with Steakdust, its made by Durkee Grill Creations, you can find it in your seasoning section use that on your steak or burgers and I swear you will never use another condiment on your beef products ever again, I like mushrooms on my burgers too so I go with the big ones and slice them up and saute them in butter and garlic

sauteed mushrooms and a few slices of avocado

blue cheese and Canadian back bacon is good
