Take regular flour, add a little salt and a little oil. Make the dough hard .Then make small balls and fry puries. Oil in which you fry puri should be very hot.

The flour is same ,only thing that you add little oil while making the dough and it should be a hard dough then what you make for regular roti.

yes. you can make pooris with regular wheat flour. normally pani pooris 's poories make with both aata and maida saparatly. you must add oil and little salt in flour to make poories soft.
