Believe it or not, applesauce. I think you can use yogurt, too. Look it up online to find out the amount you should use. It's definitely worth the calories and fat you'll safe and you can't even tell the difference.

Yup, applesauce gives the moisture without fat calories.

instead of using the eggs oil and water you can use 1 16 oz can of northern white beans and puree it then add it to the dry mix and just bake it like normal. There is a lot less fat that way. You won't taste the beans.

If you are looking to reduce fat, applesauce for all cake mixes or pureed prunes if it is a chocolate or carrot cake. If aren't worried about fat, you can uses Mayonaise.
