Need different ways to fix salmon filets in the oven, thanks?!

Question: In a blender, chop mushrooms(Portobellos are fantastic!), onions, dill seed(not a lot, these are potent), Rosemary, and put in drizzles of olive oil(regular oil will do)...this is the sauce.
Wrap each filet in aluminum foil, with circles of fresh cut lemon on top...300 degrees in a pre-heated oven, for just about 10 minutes...take out, pour the sauce over them and voila!

I put mine in the oven with dill weed and lemon pepper and a bit of butter.

Arrange them on a pan, then add 2 big slices of onion, 2big slices of tomatoes,3 tbsp.of lemon,2 big slices of green pepper,4 cloves of garlic cut into small pieces, ginger, salt ,4 tbsp of oil,you can add red hot pepper as an appetizer too.the oven it until cook.Bon Appeti

Sometimes at my restaurant I take salmon (wild and skin on for flavor) drizzle with a little olive oil, a little garlic powder, and a little orange juice. Rub to coat evenly--put into a gratin or baking dish rubbed with oil--------bake over a slice of fresh onion for about 14-15 mins. depending on thickness and your oven. When done, place on plate and serve with a good mango chutney that you have warmed and put over the salmon.
Chef Jack Garrison
