Something new and tasty.
This is really different and yummy!
Grilled Cream cheese sandwiches:
Cut very fresh french bread into 1/2 inch slices. Butter one side of each, put one side on pan. Cut a chunk of cream cheese to taste (mine are about 1/4 in to 1/2 inch thick). Spread on the bread. Top with the best tomatoes you can find. Salt and pepper. Add the other slice of bread, buttered side up. Grill one side until brown. Flip over, grill the other side until brown.
MMMMMmmmmm.
Or if you feel like Mexican:
Best Burritos
1 lb. hamburger
1 can refried beans with lime
4 little cans chopped green chilis
1 Tbsp. Cumin
Sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg flour torillas
Sour cream (optional)
Salsa (optional)
Brown the hamburger. Drain the grease. Combine the beans, chilis and cumin. Cook until hot. Put 1/4 cup cheese in tortilla and microwave for 20 seconds. Fill with meat mixure and sour cream and salsa. Fold. Enjoy.
Here's a great appetizer:
Cream Cheese Dip
2 large blocks of cream cheese
1 large jar Pace picante (medium)-use most of the jar
Soften cream cheese and mix with hand mixer until smooth. Add picante and mix with hand mixer. Leave in frig for a few hours to blend flavors. Serve with chips.
I know it seems too simple to be great, but it is!
I love to cook with my best friend, my husband. Have fun!!
I had Italian Wedding Soup earlier today. Yummy
how about juicy steak, it only take 15 minute to cook
try a stir fry...chicken or beef with veggies. its quick, different, and delicious. i normally use sliced chicken cooked in olive oil. then i add frozen broccoli veggie mix and some teriaki soy sauce. spoon that onto rice or ramen noodles.
A yummy stir-fry. It is something that both of you can work on together.
stuffed chicken legs

bake 425 for an hour or till meat is done...
i season the tops with a lil bit more ranch and lawrys season salt

Place chicken in bag with dressing. Seal bag and refrigrate 30 min. to 1 hour to marinate.
Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from plastic bag and discard marinade. Place chicken on barbecue; cover with lid. Grill 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Brush with barbecue sauce during last few minutes of grilling time.
Prep: 5 min. total 1 hour 21 minutes (incl. marinating).
Makes 4 Servings.
Angel hair pasta with Alfredo sauce and shrimp.
Try this: Take boneless chicken fillets and coat them with your favorite bbq sauce and then flour or Italian bread crumbs. Bake them until they are tender. Combine peach and pin apple slices, add chicken stock or chicken soup, lemon juice, salt and pepper. cook that until all the flavors combine and then add that to the chicken. You'll love it.
