Need recipe for cake made with cake mix and a can of fruit?!


Question: Peach Cobbler Dump Cake

INGREDIENTS
2 (16 ounce) cans peaches in heavy syrup
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Empty peaches into the bottom of one 9x13 inch pan. Cover with the dry cake mix and press down firmly. Cut butter into small pieces and place on top of cake mix. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 45 minutes.

Dump Cake

INGREDIENTS
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 cup butter
DIRECTIONS
Lightly grease a Bundt pan. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Pour pie filling into bottom of bundt pan, and on top of that pour the pineapple. Pour dry cake mix on top of pineapple. Slice butter or margarine over cake mix.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. This cake is best when served warm.

How funny I am making this today... Its called Dump Cake
1 20oz can pineapple
1 21oz can fruit pie filling
1 package of yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter
1 cup chopped nuts
in a 9X13 baking dish spread layers of pineapple, pie filling and DRY cake mix, DO NOT MIX LAYERS. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Top with thin slices of butter and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 for 45 min... Very simple and yummie ...
