Perfect Fluffy Scrambled Eggs
2 eggs, 2 tsp sour cream, a few drops water, salt and pepper, 2 tsp butter, and 1-1 1/2 tbsp grated cheddar cheese. Beat eggs, sour cream, water, and salt and pepper until fluffy. Melt butter in a nonstick frying pan and cook eggs over low heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in the cheese. Cook until you reach desired consistency.

Scrambled Eggs with Tomato, Cheddar, and Cilantro
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup chopped sweet onions
1 medium plum tomato, diced
2-4 tablespoons chopped cilantro
kosher salt and black pepper
1/4 cup coarsely shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
--Whisk eggs with 2 tbsp water until well blended. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add onion and cook, stirring until golden, approximately 5 minutes. Increase the heat to high and add diced tomato, cilantro, 1/2 tsp salt, and black pepper. Cook until tomato is heated through and any juices have evaporated, about 1 minute. Add eggs all at once, reduce heat to medium and cook without stirring, for 1 minute. Using spatula, stir the eggs from the edges of the pan toward center. Continue to cook and stir gently until eggs are almost cooked, but are still moist, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook for 1 minute longer.
Enjoy!
in a frying pan
put a little milk in the eggs, use real butter and add your fav vegies. I like applewood bacon in mine. A little taragon and some celantro. mmm
Make sure you add a little bit of milk to the egg mixture to get them fluffy like when eating out.
You then can add some shredded cheese just before they are done to get a different taste, or some broken up bacon, sausage, hasbrowns, peppers, onions.... whatever your heart desires!
add a little bit of butter and sprinkle some chopped spring onions.
Well,
I cut up some baked potatoes, pre cooked onions, some salt, pepper, add some eggs and some cheese. Pour them into a greased pan and bake it in the oven. Can add ham or sausage to it as well.
Take eggs crack them in a bowl then whisk it. then put butter in a pan and wait for it to melt then put eggs make sure they are fluffy and have air then put in pan.take a spatula and make sure there don't stick and break up the eggs while there cook and let cook until all the uncooked eggs are cooked. then serve.

The trick is to use as little oil as possible and to mix diced tomatoes and onions in to the scrambled eggs with a pinch of salt. I sware it is delicious
I like to cook the bacon in a black cast iron skillet and then scramble the eggs (add milk and shredded cheese) in the same skillet afterwards. Delish!
If you want your eggs really fluffy, make sure you beat them for a good 2-4 minutes. I usually put salt and pepper in my eggs and beat it all together before i fry it up.
Veggie Egg Scramble
Ingredients-
6 egg whites
2 eggs
1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons minced fresh basil
Preparation-
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, whites, wine or broth, salt, pepper and garlic powder; set aside. In a large nonstick skillet, saute the green pepper, onion and mushrooms in butter and oil for 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Reduce heat to medium. Stir in the egg mixture; cook and stir until eggs are completely set. Sprinkle with cheese and basil. Cover and remove from the heat; let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
If you want plain scrambled eggs the trick to making them really soft and fluffy is; add a little milk or water(I think water works better) to the cracked eggs, maybe about 1-2 tablespoons per egg. Make sure to wisk liberally. Cook them in butter over a low heat setting like 2 or 3. Also let the eggs sit in the pan for a couple minutes before you start stirring. It is also good to add pan fried potatoes and some fresh tomatoes Hmmmmmmm and maybe some parsley or spinach might be good.
I always mix milk or cream into the eggs when beating, using half of the shell to measure (1/2 shell per egg).
Chop up smoked salmon (lox) and some green onions/scallions. Mix in and cook altogether.
add a little milk or water when whisking the eggs.this keeps them moist. then add a little of your favorite trail mix for something different.
eggs are one of my favorites because of all the ways you can make them.
grilling some veggies, sprinkling a little chili pepper, and then pouring eggs on top for frying is really yummy, but i think my favorite is a little concoction my wife introduced me to...
Eggs in a basket.
Basically you take some bread(any kind you like best.. feel free to experiment.. for this i'll just go with sliced bread) toast the bread, butter, cut a small circle out of the center(i find a shot glass works best to cut the circle out) and toss into med-high heat frying pan. then pour an egg on top(either way you like your egg.. i prefer to remove some yolk bc it's healthier) flip over and cook the other side. add salt, pepper, and my favorite(optional) ketchup!
I would add some yummy veggies!:)
Whatever way you decide for ingredients use water instead of milk. This makes them fluffier and that is why restaurants eggs are usually fluffier than at home. I like cream cheese, fresh spinach, and mushrooms mixed in.
Put a little bit of half and half and hot sauce.
I don't make scrambled eggs very often, so when I do I like to mix in some cheese. The most interesting I've tried was a bit of double gloucester with chive.
How about adding ALOT of chedder cheese to it?
