Did you know you can use a wok to make the perfect egg omlett?Just heat ur wok with some olive oil in it use--!


Question: 2 eegs for 1 or 4 eggs for 2 people (this can vary.Beat your eggs in bowl with a little salt to taste & pour into wok.Not add all your ingredents after the egg has begun to set along the edge.You can use onions,fresh garlic,chopped ham,cilantro,jalpeanos,cheese,cooked sasuage,shreaded potatoes(cooked)chopped bell pepper,diced tomatoes(drained from can)as you slide this out of the wok fold it then put a big scoop of sour cream on top--------its ummmm goood serve w/toast

I wasn't aware that you could make an omlette with anything other than eggs so why would you call it an egg omlette?

I"ve never used my wok for that but it does sound like it would make it so much easier. Good to know!!
