Make the butter milk pie as you would usually. Then instead of putting it in a pie crust, put it in a ceramic dish. Bake a little longer than normal (like 35 minutes instead of 30), and BAM there you go! Good luck!
Bisquick Buttermilk Pie
3 1/2 cups sugar
9 eggs
1/2 lb melted butter
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
3 cups buttermilk
--Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a sprayed 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees until the top cracks and is golden brown (about 70 minutes). Is best to monitor instead of relying on the time. It's not always done in the same amount of time for me. You want it to jiggle a bit and not be too dark brown on top.
