Let me look in your fridge and cupboard and see what I can come up with.

baked mac and cheese and meatloaf with gravy...I said that b/c it is freezing here and I want comfort food.

In Italy? Make Ceci salad (pasta, tomato, chick peas, olive oil, lemon juice, scallions, garlic, lemon juice, crushed red pepper)...since the beans can be your protein and you have the starch from the pasta, serve it over some greens with a little bit of cheese on the side (I would pick something delicate--either a mozzarella or a creamy havarti)

chicken parmesan. yummy.

ok just go to the store and get some good bread and some spread and make a lean cusine just through the boxes away ...... its home maid

baked chicken breasts
rice & brocolli & cheese
OR
Enchiladas, rice & beans

Both are easy. Although the chicken will take longer to get done.

Well, give us an idea of what is in your fridge, and cabinets...

u should look at every ingredent in ur house mix them 2gether and c what u come up with....

omm that really depends on what u like....my choices are steak or chicken with some vegetables & salad.....pasta...pizza....possibilities are endless :))
good luck :))

spaghetti and meatballs or shrimp linguine-just boil thin spaghetti noodles chop some garlic, parsley, and tomatoes. Peel and clean your shrimp. After noodles are cooked and drained, heat up a pan with olive oil and butter, add garlic and parsley. Then add shimp, let cook for a minute and then add tomatoes and pasta. Stir well and add grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a side salad.

How about fried chicken and mushrooms you cant go wrong and its lovely with a cheese sauce
