The is a fabulous and healthy recipe which i always use at home, when i feel like a lite and healthy snack! Great for dessert!
However, you will need the buy the pre-made vanilla pudding mix.

INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 medium, ripe banana, sliced
1 6 ounce pack of fresh raspberries
1 tbsp sugar
1 3.5 ounce vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups cold nonfat milk

PREPARATION:
Place fruit into a glass dish and sprinkle with sugar. Prepare vanilla pudding according to package instructions, using nonfat milk. Pour pudding over fruit. Chill for at least two hours.
Serves 6

I suggest you prepare the dessert before the meal, to save you the time and stress after dinner!

I have been making this desert since I was a kid & everyone always loves it- its made with gelatin, not pudding, but its light!

1/4 bag mini marshmallows
1 can fruit coctail w/cherries
1 container of whipped cream (the frozen kind-but unfrozen)
1/2 packet of any red jello
Mix it in a bowl & chill. Its delicious! :)

Black Forest Mousse Dessert
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (4 serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 (8 ounce) tub COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
16 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided
1 1/2 cups canned cherry pie filling

2. Cooking Directions
Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Coarsely chop 10 of the cookies; stir into pudding mixture.
Spoon half of the pudding mixture into 1-1/2-qt. serving bowl. Spread 1 cup of the remaining whipped topping over pudding mixture. Top with 1 cup of the pie filling, remaining pudding mixture, remaining whipped topping and 1/2 cup pie filling.
Cut remaining 6 cookies in half; place on top of dessert. Serve immediately. Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
