How to adjust baking time when baking in an oven toaster instead of a conventional oven?!

Question: my sister recently bought a brownie mix that needs to be baked in a 325 F temperature in a conventional oven for 40-45 minutes. however she only has a toaster oven... how should she adjust the temperature and the time?

preheat just as you would a oven...i have cooked many times in my toaster oven and its pretty much the same especially for something like brownies....but, every oven is different and the only way to know for sure is to begin using it and compare as you cook...you will soon realize it cooks a little fast or a little slow compared to regular oven....i would just cook the brownies the same (are you using the same size pan as you would in oven? you need to keep that in mind for the thickness because that would make a difference)and even if they are a little soft they would still taste yummy and then next time you know to add some more time...but remember its kind of hard to tell if a brownies is done while it is hot out of the oven because often they look like they are not done but they are they are just moist....enjoy!

Safety first . .not all food safely cook in toaster ovens, be sure to carefully read the directions on the package . .many say 'do not prepare in a toaster oven" They tend to over heat and cause fires if not used properly or with the proper type of foods.
