Does anyone have the steps to finish Friendship bread?!

Question: I was given a starter and lost the daily instructions. I know you only squeeze the bag for the first few days, but can't remember what to add when.

I will not see the person that gave me this to get a new copy of directions until too late.

I search the internet and seem to only find variations on the bread. Can't find original daily instructions.
