IF U WILL MAKE SOME DESSERTS WITH FRESH FRUITS DONT TAKEOUT SKIN, SKIN HAVE LOTS OF FIBERS.
Low Fat Yogurt, Trail Mix, Granola Bars, Sugar Free Bread Pudding, Sugar Free Jello, Sugar Free Pudding (Which can be made into Pie Filling).
kashi cereals, fruit, oatmeal crisps.
Chunks of fresh mango served with Greek style..or Greek..yogurt. mangos are very high in fibre and you can get the yogurt in low fat variations...if the dish isn't sweet enough for your taste then add a teaspoon of honey to each serving of yogurt.
Individual meringues with a spoonful of the same yogurt and topped with blueberries or any other soft fruit..sound really bad for you and taste as if it must be, but there is very little sugar in a meringue, mostly it is egg white and air and you can buy them ready to use or find an easy receipt for them in almost any cook book.
There are lots of different ways to cut calories, ut I have started sprinkle Benefiber on/in everything, to add some fiber. I know it sounds like an old person thing but you really can't taste it.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Haystacks
1 cup Fiber One cereal
1 (1 1/2 ounce) milk chocolate candy bar (Hershey is best)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
--Melt bar and peanut butter in microwave until smooth, at 30-second intervals. Be careful not to burn or overcook. Stir chocolate and peanut butter mixture. Add cereal and gently toss till coated. Drop onto wax paper, making 6 stacks. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens (about 30 minutes).
*You can also try instant oatmeal, All-Bran cereal, or cheerios in place of the Fiber One.
Apples are loaded with fiber too. You can eat them with peanut butter, caramel, or chocolate!
