I need a couscous recipe to serve with salmon... Any ideas?!

Question: I absolutely hate cous cous, but I make it all the time because my family loves it. I generally by the near east box plain type. I cook it in chicken stock with double the amount of salt. While the hummus is steaming I put about two palmfuls of pine nuts in a dry sautee pan to brown lightly. Then I slice up 2 - 3 scallions. Right when I am about to serve I toss in the nuts and scallions.

don't have a recipe, but those Far East box products in the grocery store are excellent. Couscous with Olive Oil & Garlic is great! You don't really need anything with it. :) How about a Grilled Salmon and Greek Salad....oh yeah!!!
Oh Tara just said Near East, I know its something East, white box with brown writing. LOL

Agreed- those Far East boxes are great. Alot easier to prepare and taste fabulous!
