TACO SALAD

1 pkg. taco mix
1 lb. ground beef
Head lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 lg. pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 c. kidney beans, drained
1 lg. pkg. Ranch Doritos

Cook ground beef and drain well. Let beef cool. Mix all other ingredients with beef in large bowl and set aside, mix sauce.

TACO SALAD SAUCE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 jar med. taco sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Take 1/2 cup of medium taco sauce and mix with other ingredients and pour over salad. Stir & serve.

Sour cream. Yum.
Guacamole, if you like it.
Onions
Refried beans
Salsa

onions, cilantro, green peppers, maybe some spicy peppers, sour cream

My favorite is made with taco meat, lettuce, tomato, black olives, cheese and Catalina dressing.

I love avocados and I also love to put spanish rice in my taco salads.

Chips, taco meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and lots of ketchup!!!

I always put in a can of black or kidney beans, just drain them and rinse them first. Avocados are always good too! For the dressing I mix ranch with salsa and toss it all together. MMM!!

A true taco salad:

Mashed cooked pinto beans on the bottom;
Cooked ground meat on top of the beans;
Tossed salad on top of the meat;
Salsa on top of the salad;
Some people like to top it off with sour cream.

salsa, sour cream, some type of ground meat I prefer beef, guacamole, chips cilantro a squeeze of lime!! yummy!!

I put meat and also cheese and lettuce and also hot sauce and also tomatoes.
