When you eat cooked crab.....?!


Question: You know when you eat a cooked crab? What do you call those orange things inside the crab on either side of their bodies? It's mushy and orange and a little bit bitter. Thanks! =)

It's called the "roe" in crabs and the "tomali" in lobsters.....Some people love it, I myself am not a big fan of it either......What ever floats your boat!!!

I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE CRAB!!

The bitter, mushy, orange things.

I really don't think that part is supposed to be eaten, just the meat from the legs and the white meat in the body.

They are called crab fat. eat too much? watch out for the cholesterol
