For starters I wouldn't defrost the mango in a microwave. Let it thaw out by room temperature. Hope you enjoy these 3 recipes.

Mango Pineapple Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 banana, sliced
1 mango - peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup nonfat milk
2 tablespoons cream of coconut

DIRECTIONS
1. In a blender, blend the vanilla yogurt, pineapple juice, banana, mango, milk, and cream of coconut until smooth.

Mango Lime Smoothie.

INGREDIENTS
3 mangoes, peeled, pitted, and cut into 1-inch chunks
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1 tray ice cubes

DIRECTIONS
1. Place the mangoes, lime juice, confectioners' sugar, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until slushy.

Honey Mango Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 mango - peeled, seeded and cubed
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup nonfat milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup ice cubes

DIRECTIONS
1. Place the mango, sugar, and honey in a blender pitcher; pour in the milk and lemon juice, and blend until smooth. Divide the ice cubes between two serving glasses. Pour the mango smoothie over ice to serve.

It isn't that hard, and depends on your tastes and what ingredients you have. Here are some starters:

Recipe 1: High protein

- Fruit of one mango
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 cups soy milk

Recipe 2: Basic milk

- Fruit of one mango
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Dash of nutmeg, optional

Recipe 3: Mexican delight

- Fruit of one mango
- 2 cups horchata (Mexican rice milk)
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Mango Smoothie

This fruity smoothie bursting with delicious mango flavours is also surprisingly very healthy!

4 mangoes
1 liter frozen mango yogurt or light vanilla ice cream
4 cups ice
1/2 cup orange juice
ice cream, extra (optional)
raspberries, to serve (optional)

Remove the skin and seeds from the mangoes, dice the flesh and set aside.
Place the ice, juice, mango flesh and scoop the frozen yoghurt into a blender or the bowl of a food processer.
Blend until fairly smooth and there are no chunks of ice.
Pour into serving glasses and serve with a scoop of ice-cream and raspberries if desired.
