This one is GREAT:
1 large can of sliced peaches in light syrup
1 box of yellow cake mix (if you can find the cinnamon or butter pecan cake mix flavor, it's even better)
1 stick of unsalted butter - cut into slices
cinnamon

Dump the peaches in a cake pan, top with the dry cake mix, dot with the butter slices, sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.

1 box french vanilla cake mix and all the stuff recipe requires
1 large can peach slices
1 tbsp corn starch.
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp cinnamin

in a pan empty contents of peach slices syrup and all. disolve the cornstarch while the surup is still cold. start heat and bring to a boil and set in fridge to cool. in a small mixing bowl mix the butter, flour sugar and cinnamin till it resembles course crumbs. prepare the batter according to package. grease and flour a 9x13 baking dish(spray works). add batter then peach mixture then crumbs and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 min. let cool and serve

This is about as easy as it gets:

1 stick butter
1 cup milk (see my note)
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar (I use less, about 3/4 cup)
1 large can peaches

Use an 8x12 baking dish or even a casserole dish will work. (tip: spay the dish with Pam) I like a shallow dish because there's more crusty top that way.

In your baking dish, melt the butter in the oven while it's pre-heating to 375.

Combine the milk, flour, and sugar and pour on top of the melted butter. DO NOT STIR.

(my note on the milk: I use the syrup from the canned peaches as part of the total liquid measurement -- which is why I decrease the sugar -- but you can use any combination, such as half milk and half peach syrup. Or, follow the recipe and use all milk and no syrup. It really makes little difference in the end result.)

Place the peaches on top of it all and pop it in the oven for about 35 to 40 minutes until it is getting golden brown on top.

Great served with ice cream!
