Who needs Botox when you have bananas? That's right: You can use a banana as an all-natural face mask that moisturizes your skin and leaves it looking and feeling softer. Mash up a medium-sized ripe banana into a smooth paste, then gently apply it to your face and neck. Let it set for 10-20 minutes, then rinse it off with cold water. Another popular mask recipe calls for 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 medium banana.

I don't like bananas, but even I like this. Sautee them in a pan with butter and a little nutmeg, pour over ice cream. I like vanilla, the guy likes chocolate.

Another thing I do with bananas, especially where there's a sale or they are about to turn is to freeze them. I put them in a food processor with a few squeezes of lemon juice until they are only slightly chunky. I store it in about 1 c. portions in freezer bags so they lie flat. Then I don't have to get up and promply make something. Then I use it in banana quick bread, smoothies, spread on crepes with nutella, add it to pudding, use it in oatmeal, etc. You get the point. With three bunches this is probably your best bet if you don't want to spoil them or have 10 loaves of banana bread.
