What should I make with tinned corned beef?!

Question: I have like 3 tins or corned beef and I just don't know what to do with them.

We have onions, cheese, herbs and spices, pepper and pasta, spagetti if that helps.

Recipes would be appreciated.

Thanks x

this is lovely, put some rice on to cook because this recipe is quite quick, little oil in a frying pan, fry up some onion and peppers, when soft add tin of corned beef and fry the lot together stirring all the time, make sure it doesnt stick, fry for about 15 - 20 minutes and serve on top of the rice........

Try making sandwiches.

lol I can only think of corned beef hash and yummy corned beef sandwiches with crusty white bread, sliced onions and tomato ketchup.

nothing corned beef is the work of the devil. It's made of cows ar5e holes and eyelids and other various bit of hockle. PUT THE TIN DOWN!!!

But to answer ur Q. what about making a simple pasta sauce out of the onions and peppers, maybe buy some chopped tined tomatoes and have the pasta with it. may god have mercy on your soul.

If you have any spuds, you could do a corned beef hash. Fry the onions and peppers until soft. Stir in corned beef and season well. Put mixture in oven-proof dish or 'loaf tin'. Put cheesey mash on top - season with black pepper and decorate with sliced tomato to make it look pretty! bake in oven until top of cheesey mash has gone a bit crispy - serve with a tin of baked beans (if you have them).
Failing that - how about good old fashioned corned beef spag bol?!

Well what my mom does is make rice and cooks the corn beef and it comes out sooo good!!

SAPPHIIR my love its simple, make a pickle sandwich ! !don't forget to cut the crusts off . x x

what I like doing with tin corned beef is mixing it with mash potato, chopped onion and grated carrot. What you do is you mix it all together then scoop out a large spoonful and shape into a pattie or flat sort of shape. Coat in flour then shallow fry until browned on both sides. Serve with your favourite veg, this has always been a good recipe for me and my family really like it.

Add salt & Pepper to taste. Really good.
