6 cups. Cream doubles when beaten

just get 2 large tubs to be safe

1 cup equals 8 ounces, so I think you need 3, 8 ounce tubs of cool whip.

Heavy cream will increase about 20% in volume when whipped, which is 0.6 cups.

So, you'll need 3.6 cups. Just round it off to 3.5.

2-3 tubs of cool whip. 6 cups.

Why on earth would you want to substitute your cream with cool whip??
Cool whip should be banned IMO, it's full of s**t
