you can check out allrecipes.com, or if they are already prepared meatballs, just heat them up and give them a flavor of BBQ sauce, or cream of mushroom, or Italian dressing and let them heat in the oven.

If you are hand making (from scratch), ground beef, lipton onion soup mix, regular pepper, bell peppers, season salt or regular salt (optional) and an egg and crackers so that will stick after rolling them. Season to your taste. It's just as you were making a meat loaf, except for you are making meatballs.

use ground meat that you choose, add diced onions, garlic, pepper, salt and other herbs or seasoning depending on the meat you choose. cook over medium heat in skillet turn as they brown. i usually add gravy or sauce to pan after meatballs cooked and drained of any excess juice.

1 lb Hamburger, ground turkey or chicken
1 egg, beaten
oatmeal
salt, pepper
onion powder, garlic powder (about 1 tbs each)

In a big bowl, mix 1 lb ground meat, the egg, about 1/4 cup oatmeal and seasonings. Place a sheet of plastic wrap or foil on the counter, and pat meat out into a square about 1 inch thick. Cut into squares. Roll each square into a ball. Brown on a broiler pan in oven until juices run clear, or brown in a heavy skillet.
