What's your favorite way to season chicken for baking?!
Answers: I'm making boneless, skinless chicken breasts for dinner and would like a new way to season them...something different than just Lawry's or oregano or onion and garlic salt!
I marinade my chicken with Italian dressing, vinegar, fresh squeezed lemon or lemon juice, and some seasonings! And then just bake in oven when ready to cook it. Marinade the chicken for a couple of hours so it's juicy!!! You can make sweet peas or baked potatoe to go with it!!! You can do it on the grill too.( THE CHICKEN) YUMMY!!
Salt and black pepper.
use any kind of citrus (lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit) salt, hot chilies (any kind), sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Server with greens of any kind (asparagus, broccoli, creamed spinache, etc)
I like a drizzle of sesame oil with an added abundance of sesame seed--toasted of course!
Greek dressing or white wine and herbs.
basil, lemon pepper& sea salt
you could crush up some cornflakes or crackers and mix with your spices, in a bowl sprinkle on top for a little crunch.
